We're having an on the day coordinator (plus her helper) who will put up all our lanterns, fairy lights, signage, dress and set our tables plus cake table and guestbook table, put all the other bits and pieces out, welcome other suppliers and generally take care of all the organisation bits and bobs and that's costing us £150, but that's half the usual price - we got a special offer. We get 8hrs of their time in total.

You can try the online purchasing of your requirements Like ebay,amazon etc. The lot of people are satisfied with dress and also the prices. If not, My suggestion is get know of trusted dress shop from the well wisher and go for it. Good Luck!

Ahh, our venue takes care of all that, except for flowers. I'm not sure what I'd expect to pay. I guess it would depend on how much you need and how many staff are required?

I have solid state uk (midlands) I have a deal thats on at the minute for 455 for 100 guests and just about does everything i need, except centre pieces xx

I'm looking to hire chair covers, centre pieces and a few other bits for 100 guests.

I've contacted a few companies and the highest price was £1,400! cheapest has been £500 but worried they may not be as good as others so not sure whether to risk it :s

Ours is costing us £270 which includes:

75 x White Covers and organza sash

Top Table Swag

Cake Table Swag

Mirror Plates

Tealights (3 per table)

Crystals

the venue dresser also goes and sets up for us

(our centrepieces are being done by a local florist as part of our package)

I am in the North West if that is any help, we charge £2.75 for chair cover and organza sash, but we have some really good packages of table decorations and chair covers which takes the price of the covers down to around £2.50 As an example I have just done a quote for

100 covers

9 cream candelabra sitting in a ring of flowers

3 low top table candelabra with a garland of flowers along the table edge
