Venue Help

Hi, I’m planning a wedding for 2025 hopefully getting married at the Fitzrovia chapel, looking for a venue to accommodate 80 guests for a sit down dinner. Would like to keep the venue and dinner and drinks around 20,000 and every place I’ve contacted has like a $28,000 minimum for the venue and food and beverage which seems like a lot for 80 guess when it doesn’t include music for flowers, etc. any help would be so greatly appreciated.
