Venue questions

Hello, me and my fiance are going to be viewing a venue at the weekend and I’d love to have a list of questions to ask them about the place, what’s included, if they allow outside vendors etc
I’m just a bit stumped as I’ve got a few questions already written down I just don’t want to forget anything!
