Venue recommendations for newly engaged no idea where to start!

Hello all, Newly engaged girl here wanting some wedding advice. No idea where to start?


After a couple of weeks of googling i’m wondering if the venue I want doesn’t exist.
We basically want what you’d find in Italy or France, getting a big house that you can rent for a weekend wedding. Around 30 bedrooms that you can just take over, dinner the night before with your nearest and dearest, wedding the next day and a pool party or brunch the Sunday. Close enough to home so that evening guests would also join later on. We live south coast of England so Hampshire/Dorset area?
Wondering if any ones knows of a big house you can rent that does weddings? Or is my only option an Air B&B?
(I’m picturing string lights overhead in a courtyard, long tables with wildflowers and dancing till the sun comes up?)
