Venue ! Slow response

Advice needed!!… So we thing we’ve found the venue for our wedding but the wedding coordinator there is so slow on replying to our emails 🤦🏽‍♀️
This is really putting me off and is making me rethink our choice of venue due to the lack of communication! I emailed her yesterday to arrange one more viewing before we put our deposit down and I still haven’t had a reply yet!!
It also took her 2 weeks to get back to me to arrange our first viewing.What do I do ? Would this put you off ? X

    It is hard to wait for replies but I suspect they are very busy re arranging events. I would maybe give them a call and explain your concerns and ask them what timeacale they normally work to for responding. Ours was a little slow to begin with but she explained she tends to take a few days to reply and also tells us when she is on holiday, which could have been the case when you had 2 week delay. Hopefully you can have a chat and get it sorted x

    Thanks for the reply Charlotte, I still have not had a reply from the venue! I’m so put off now, even more than before. I’m going to call up tomorrow I think. My problem is I really do like the venue but I just wish there was a different coordinator there 🤦🏽‍♀️

    That's a shame you still not had a reply. Maybe speak the General Manager and express your concerns, there may be another Coordinator or someone else you can deal with. Good Luck x
