Venue struggle

Hi all,


I am struggling to look for a dry hire venue which will allow Indian Outdoor wedding in the Midlands for around 250/300 guests. We are looking for around 12-13k max to spend on the venue, this would include if a marquee is required. Other venues in midlands can only cater for 150-200 people which our immediate family unfortunately surpasses.
Most venues we have liked have their preferred caterers which we would prefer to use our own in order to keep the costings down.
We really are a fan of the venues down south however we have factored in travel for guests and we would be required to stick to midlands.
If any venue reccomendations (or just a large field which has marquee, accomandation or bridal suite, and toilets which allow bringing in external caterers I would greatly appreciate this.
