Videographer Gone Missing

Are they posting on social media apart from instagram have you had anything back from them -previews perhaps. Search for their name on here or there is a facebook group that helps people with these kind of issues. And just so you you know that to be "featured" suppliers have to pay. Same for all of those "featured on" badges that you see, it basically means they have paid to be there. And depending on how much you pay depends on how much promotion and exposure you will get.

So sorry to hear about this stressful situation! Definitely leave an honest review to warn others. Pursue a chargeback through your credit card company if possible too. Some videographers have backup arrangements - may be worth reaching out directly to request their help. Hope it gets resolved soon so you can enjoy your wedding memories. Definitely frustrating when vendors don't deliver as promised.
