Villa Plus.com - Has anybody used them?

H and I would like to book a villa for later on in the year and have seen some lovely villas on Villaplus.com, however, as they are an online company we are bit dubious as to whether to book with them direct.

I have found some reviews of them, but as this holiday is well needed and deserved we feel we would be more relaxed going through an actual travel agent unless I can be positive that villaplus are reputable.

Does anyone have any experience with them or know of anyone who has used them?

    Hi,

    We haven't used that website, but have used www.holidaylets.net

    They have loads of villas & apartments all over the world, you actually book directly with the property owners.

    We used them when we went to Corfu in 2006. we booked the villa, flights and car hire with them and everything was perfect. The rep was great and she even gave us her mobile number in case we had any problems.

    We have just booked with them again for next year.

    We booked with them last May when we went to Spain and we were really impressed and will definately use them again. We booked villa, flights and car (including child car seat) through them. Even all the information you receive beforehand is really good. Our son was 11 months old at the time and they provided a cot, stair gates, highchair. The villa was lovely and totally lived up to the very thorough desriptions and photos on the website.

    The rep was good and wasn't in your face but was available to call. The key broke in our car and she helped us out a lot.
