Villa wedding abroad - Help

Hi all, we have just recently decided to get married this summer. We want to get married abroad in a small intimate setting, near the sea, in a private villa. We love the idea of a wedding followed by a chilled pool party the next day to continue the celebration.
But I literally don’t know where to start! I’ve been in a few websites but it’s hard to work it all out. And I can’t tell if the websites are legit. Is anyone else planning a wedding abroad in similar circumstances? Or already tied the knot?
I’m thinking maybe Greece, Spain or Croatia. I’m really no event organiser and just feel so lost! If anyone can help me I’d love to talk to you. Thank you x

    Have you ever considered Italy? The Amalfi Coast is a beautiful spot full of small villas for intimate and romantic weddings.

    Hi Zoe,

    We are exactly the same, currently looking at Croatia. We really want a laid back wedding with a villa to host a second day bbq for our guests. I am currently debating on a wedding planner-have you booked one?

    I am torn on whereabouts in Croatia (there are so many beautiful options!) we are also trying not to go overboard on the budget, which is hard! would be fab to hear how your planning is going!
