I get married next Saturday! How did you control nerves / anxiety ? I’m so nervous and I’m worried it’ll negatively impact my day, x

View quoted message I wasn’t nervous but my husband was extremely nervous , he had to be calmed down by some friends in the morning. He told me after the ceremony that about an hour before he looked in the mirror and said you can do this and then was fine. I was just very emotional and cried in and off all morning and then all the way down the aisle which made all our guests cry, I then got the giggles 🙈 I had anxiety up to a few days before but that was due to worrying about catching Covid. You’ll be fine and excitement will quick in and maybe a few tears. Hope you have the best day x

I’m an anxious person anyway but I’m worrying about covid etc . Put myself in ‘ isolation’ to avoid catching it but still worries me.
I’m hoping I’ll be able to keep my nerves under control. It’s our fourth date because of covid so I think I’ll be very emotional too !
