I had a great experience. They let me try on as many as I wanted, the sales assistant I had was very knowledgeable and knew better than I did what would suit me and I came away with my dream dress that I love.

Yes, they do try to upsell you bits, robes, bags, boxes, belts etc, but I only came away with what I wanted and a polite ‘no’ was absolutely respected.

I bought my dress from them and the staff were amazing , I got my dream dress for a really good price. My friend has also bought her dress from them.

Another option is mail order - I tried on about 5 from various companies and they all arrived really quickly.

Couldn’t agree more. I tried them as a quick way to try on a lot of styles as I had no idea what I liked. Walked out with my dream dress after trying around six styles on. So helpful and lovely in store and didn’t feel pressured at all - I think they take a holding deposit if you aren’t sure too (or they did in my local for the other girl in store with me)

I see you are in Liverpool, there is a lady on here Ali I think that has set up a sustainable bridal salon in your area which has 2nd hand and sample dresses that might be an option as well as wed2b 😊

I picked up my gown from Wed2B just as the shops opened up again. I brought it through the click and collect service during lockdown.


The gown I picked was honestly perfect, exactly what I wanted and really me (if that makes sense) I went alone as I live in the north & my entourage live in London. The ladies instore all fussed over me, took photos, videos and played camerawomen so I could FaceTime the entourage (there was a lot of tears)
As said before, they do try to upsell but are not forceful. I had bought two underskirts as I wasn’t sure what I wanted but I was able to refund one easily, with payment back in my account the next day.
I had an amazing experience and got my dream dress so I’d definitely recommend them 🙂
