Hi All. I am looking at ideas for our wedding cake. Neither of us are big fans of icing so we were thinking of having layers with naked icing. All the cakes I have found are all sponge cake. Has anyone done a fruitcake layer that has the naked icing? I would like a fruit cake layer to keep for christening, the other layers will be sponge.

My friend had a 3 teir cheesecake and I mean actual cheese ha yup three different types of cheese - I thought that was genius 😅
