A friend is making our wedding cake and I said I would do some research into how big it needs to be. Does anyone have a reliable guide to how big a wedding cake should be to feed x number of people? Specifically three tiers to feed about 150 (that's day and evening guests). Also recipes, or just basic sponge/fruit cake recipes that can be scaled up. I've seen various infographics on Pinterest but I thought I'd check here as well. Thanks!
