Wedding cake tasting shop?

Hi All!

I was wondering if anyone knows of a wedding cake shop we would be able to go into to have a tasting and maybe a glass of fizz?

My other half really wants to have the in shop tasting experience to get into the wedding mood and we both really love cake!

If anyone has any suggestions for somewhere lovely in the Surrey/Sussex area we'd really appreciate it xxx thanks so much xx
