We've used Dream American Cars based in Southend-On-Sea, but they're travelling to us in Norfolk. We've paid £220 and we get this beauty!

I find that £200 is the cheaper end of the market where you get the white limos and lower cost cars. For something more special £300-£400 seems to be the going rate.

Make sure you book for long enough! I photographed a wedding last summer where they booking was just 2 hours and the car driver came to me straight after the ceremony and said I had 5 minutes to finish the photos! The group photos all had to be done at the reception venue because we had to leave the ceremony venue before starting the photos.

Our car is neither a limo nor "cheap" but maybe the demand for classic American cars just isn't that high. I think it can also depend on the area that you're getting the car from i.e. Companies in large cities or around London may charge more as they usually do. None of the companies that I contacted charged more that £325 with the exception of a company that provides replica cars from films/tv and that was about £575 for "Eleanor" from Gone in 60 Seconds.
