Wedding Cars for the groom :)

I've got a genuine 2002 Fiat Punto, metalic red, just over 60,000 miles, slight oil spill in the boot but fine on the inside of the car you could hire? I throw in some slightly too hard Cadbury's chocolate eclairs and ribbons if you want them. Driver included.

If we were having cars (as it happens everything is walking distance, so we're not) OH would really want a Lamborghini (admittedly ideally the new one). In a dream world, I'd arrive in an Aston and we'd go away in a matt black Lamborgini Aventador, but then I'm a total car geek.

Self drive probably preferable in some ways - what's the point of a car like that if you're NOT driving it!

I really wish I had gone a bit more "different" with the cars - like a white london taxi or a camper van! or what about hiring a sports car or something? OR a Tuk Tuk! haha!

Not too sure you'll get a unique car for him, most blokes tend to like the same kind of thing, you can't go wrong with an Aston Martin or Ferrari or something. Has he got any ideas, any favourite cars etc?

We're going to the hotle the day before so neither of us are having 'official' cars, but my beautiful red Mini will be washed and waxed for the day, little ribbons tied to her and she will be included in our photos ?

She's my favourite thing in the world, and we bought her from OH's best mate so he has lots of great memories with her too, I ❤️ my car if you hadn't noticed!!

Mine had a taxi... from a local firm... who were late!

He wanted the A-Team van but at £250 for an hours hire and a total journey of 1 mile... it wasn't worth it and I refused to go in it, even with the Mr T lookalike driver!

We then saw a stretched ferrari... but alas no prices = very expensive!!!

We also thought about a helicopter but again... too much ££

We aren't having cars either.

I'll be arriving at the venue in the morning with the best man in his green Volvo estate, we'll then be setting up the room. My b2b will be there the night before with our car, and she's staying over in the hotel hence just needs to come down the stairs - and I'm pretty sure she can manage that without transport.

Vintage Jags are pretty cool - in a 'Morse' kind of way. We are lucky enough that H2B's BM has a 1961 White jag, and with black ribbons added (I have to have black there somewhere!) this is what he will arrive at the ceremony in. (I am geeting there in a victorian carriage with black horses - beans on toast for 6 months, but hopefully it will be worth it! LOL) - then we will both go reception in the Jag.

Also, don't all boys like old Capri's and escorts? you can get some amazing exmaples of these that are really cool...
