Wedding co-ordinator

Not sure what information you mean as they should have a list of things they need to ask you regarding logistics, other stuff such as ID and address proof is needed for the registrar meeting.
We met our venue last week and went through the whole running order. The venue had prepared a 6 page document with everything from timings to menu choices to what is on each table, what to write on the sign at the entrance to the venue, contact details for the suppliers etc etc. I didn’t take anything with me as such, just used my phone to give him the names and contact details of my suppliers which he added to his master Word document and then sent to me by email afterwards.

You would normally confirm table plans, tale names and meal choices at this meeting. Ours went through the order of the day and timings but also the room layout and wine choices. If you are worried maybe pop her a message and ask if there is anything specific she needs you to bring as you want to be as prepared as possible. I had my laptop with all the table plans/menu choices etc on and it was a lot easier to run through and then I emailed it all over to her
