If it were the same year, then it might be an issue, but different years? Not a problem! And since the weddings are a year apart, any future celebrations for big anniversaries will be in different years, so it's never going to cause an issue there either.

The only issue is do you really want all your special celebrations together? Or do you mean that your birthdays are on the 16th days of different months?

Don't stress! It's a lovely idea. I don't think anyone would find it weird - in fact, sharing a birthday date with your wedding is incredibly sweet and memorable. The only people whose opinions you need to consider are your fiancé and his brother. A quick, honest conversation with the brother will clear the air and is the respectful thing to do. Then, you can book your perfect date with a clear conscience. You deserve a wedding that celebrates your unique story (finding mine on Datemio taught me that!). Go for the 16th.
