Has anyone managed to get a dress altered while in tier 4. I'm getting married abroad, hopefully in march. I need my dress altering but everywhere seems to be closed!

As far as I have heard none will be allowed as close contact (needed for alterations) is prohibited in tier 4 and deemed none essential. At least thats the way it seems in Scotland.
