If you wanted to loose weight i have been doing slimming world, in my first week i lost 6lb and then loosing on average 2lb a week after it ... i reckon if you did something like that you would loose at least 1/2 a stone in 6 weeks which would possibly make all the difference ? Plus its not a crash diet, just a healthy lifestyle change so there would be no negatives from it ? You dont have to join a group either, there are plenty of forums and guides on Facebook for support.

Exercise wise i noticed my best toning up of my arms and back when i started swimming...maybe you could give that a go ?

I've been trying to lose a bit of weight, I am weighing tomorrow so time will tell...

i have read online about not wearing a bra? apparently that can help reduce the look of it? I'm dress is fully supported so maybe I shall try that at my fitting. Also, I have read about using body tape to tape down certain areas? I think this maybe a little extreme but have you ever used boob tape?
