Wedding dress for plus size girls

I went wedding dress shopping for the first time today and safe to say it didn’t go well. I visited two shops and cried in the both due to feeling self conscious and overweight.


Has anyone else has this experience and have any advice on how to bounce back? Safe to say I do not want to go shopping again!
Any dress shopping in North West England that has multiple sizes to try on? I am a size 18
