Wedding dress help!

I’m in need of some advice! I ordered my dress from a local shop with 5 star reviews on June 30th. I never got any form of confirmation or dress delivery dates even after I had asked multiple times. Im now 11 weeks away from my wedding date and still not getting much luck with information from the bridal shop. I’ve spoken to my seamstress and she seems to think they maybe didn’t order my dress until I nudged for an update on the delivery date at the end of August!! I’m really starting to panic. Can anyone advise me for my rights to the paperwork and order papers, receipts etc. I’ve asked now 3 times and the shop is avoiding me asking for them, I paid 50% deposit as well !
