Hi looking for advise prior to citizens advise, I was at a wedding yesterday and the brides dress was nearly identical to mine. So I txt the shop and asked if there was a option to switch, 10 minutes later I get a email telling me due to family circumstances they are closing the shop and the dress I chose needs to be picked up 01.08.21. Now the last appointment I had confirming my size was April and it takes minimum 6 months to make so I'm seriously questioning if this is just the sample dress ....
We paid in full and my wedding is not till 21.05.22 so asked for a refund as I just feel so heartbroken it's not just the dress it's the whole experience and it now feels tainted.
I was refused a refund! Any advice? Can she refuse me a refund?
