Finally found a dress I love but worrying about sizing haha!

Has anyone been measured and ended up ordering their normal clothes size.

I’m normally a 8-10 in high street shops and that’s what the bridal consultant has advised I ordered, but I always thought wedding dress sizing was very small, now I’m panicking she’s measured me wrong.My dress is by pronovia if that makes any differences

I think it varies a lot from dress to dress and from designer to designer. Mine is Wendy Makin but was also the same as my dress size
