I'm having exactly the same dilemma. My. Color scheme is also burgundy. I was thinking a few burgundy roses with some paler shades of pink. Maybe some white or cream as well. That's my thought at. The moment

Lovely colour scheme! Burgundy looks really elegant and striking with blush and white flowers or for a winter wedding it also goes very well with blue.

Do you have a florist already? Maybe ask his/her advice as they must be used to matching flowers to all kinds of colour schemes.
