Wedding ideas 💡 after wedding breakfast

Usually the evening people are expecting more of a relaxed affair. If there are plenty of drinks to have and somewhere to have a little dance, you could have lots of games around - board games and larger games for people to play?
You could do a group game/ activity depending on how many of you there are. The typical mr and Mrs shoe game?

As sunny purple says you don't need to do anything so long as there is a space for people to have a little dance but I would recommend some sort of disco lighting which helps a lot.

We want to play a video of us letting people know how we get to together too. We want our guests to watch that.

Sounds great but perhaps have if on a loop somewhere as the way I am reading it sounds like you "expect" them to all sit and watch it at some point.

You could look into hiring a mobile casino which I have seen people seem to enjoy, some print out the fake money with your faces on.

Good idea about being on a loop I think photos of us can be on a loop. I would want the guests to watch the short video of us. Plan the time in for it. We don't want to do the typical wedding things like 1st dance so thinking of alternatives. There is a big space to dance as well. We will be able to play a playlist of our songs 🎵. No DJ for us I will look into the casino idea not thought of that. Maybe a quiz about us too.

Although you are not having a DJ who comes with lights I would advise you look into getting some yourself, they don't have to be expensive ones. And either sell them afterwards or keep them for your own parties.

I am having the same problem, we are having a small a road wedding (25 guests) and most of guests aren’t really dancers so feel we need something else. I’m lending towards games atm as I can’t think of anything else.


Love the casino idea, would definitely worth looking into

We've booked a mobile axe throwing company for after our ceremony. They're coming for 3 hours and plan on all the guests having a go for the first few hours and then doing a bit of a head to head/ competition with a small prize for the winner. Could also look at doing a little quiz or musical bingo or something.
