Wedding in Italy 2025

Hi all, we are planning a really small (max 20 guests) civil wedding in early June 2025 but struggling to find a venue in Tuscany. All the nice ones I've emailed seem to want 2/3 days exclusive hire which is totally out of our budget! And with our two elderly mums to think about, the venue also needs be not too far from an airport. I'm feeling overwhelmed and a little stressed - should I give up on the Italian dream wedding and look for a UK venue, or find a wedding planner? Any suggestions gratefully received.
