What does everyone think of wedding mab libs as a replacement for a guest book?

I would like a guest book but my OH thinks they are a waste of money and doesn't see the point. As you can download templates for Mad Libs I thought this would be a good cheap compromise.

    I love the idea of Madlibs. I found a load of templates on Etsy and will just make our own to save costs. We'll be having a guestbook as well but thought they'd be funny additions to keep people amused....

    Oh they're fun! I like that, might do something along those lines, there won't be any at our reception, but that would be a great thing for people to do.
