We're getting married in Laughton, near Lewes, next summer. We'd like to stay in an upmarket boutique hotel, preferably close to Lewes (not Brighton). Any suggestions?

If you want hotel, then Pelham House in Lewes. Personally, I'd go to Blue Door Barns in Beddingham which is just outside Lewes. I had my wedding reception there and it's just beautiful!
