Wedding Party Issue

Hi Everyone,


We cant afford to have more than 4 bridesmaids which means 2 of my closest friend's will not be officially part of the wedding. Can anyone recommend a task or role that they can have that wont affect our budget and make them feel special and involved?


All ideas are welcome!!

    You could have them do a reading, either one each or a joint one of you can find something that would work for 2 people

    You could have both of them help you get ready on the morning of your wedding so thats a special thing for you 3 to experience together x

    I have 4 bridesmaids and my mum who will be in the bridal suite with me so I don't think thsi would work. Thank you for the suggestion though 😊

    Agree doing a reading is a good idea. You could also ask them to sign the register or be a ring bearer x

    I have asked my 2 closest friends to do a reading but I don’t think they want to as they are in a mood that I haven’t asked them to be bridesmaids. My longest friend is doing a reading though (I haven’t got any bridesmaids)

    Thankfully mines havent went in a mood and understand the budget constraints. I will definitely think about a reading or something for them 😊
