Hi, I'm due to get married later this year in Santorini and I'm really having trouble with our wedding planner.
We booked the wedding in March 2014, we then received massive price hikes earlier this year (which we weren't expecting) and everything since than has just been poor. Constant mistakes around pricing, taking weeks to reply to emails and it's completely ruining what I thought would be a great experience.
Due to the venue we've chosen for our ceremony we can't not have a wedding planner but I was wondering if anyone else has found themselves in a similar situation? If so, what did you do to resolve it? I've tried going to the boss, who sold us the package, but they didn't seem to care and asked us to persist with the person they've appointed to look after our wedding.
