Wedding Reception Visit

Hope your viewing went ok. When I went to my reception viewing, I knew what style/theme I want with my wedding, I asked about their recommendations for caters, timings, table layout (circles / rectangles), set up, clearing up, bar services, drink corkage.
Most of it is playing with seating charts (the one on here is amazing once you upload your guests' names). Table decorations. Talking to caters and djs and arrange them to visit the venues. Hope this helps xx

Thank you, that’s essentially what we asked, we also had to consider the arrangements for our wedding cake - it turned out they wouldn’t store it for us and they wanted us to cut when we arrived at the venue before the reception started.
Whilst it was for us, it taught us a lot so we’re looking forward to our next viewings xx
