I got mine from Paradox through the Debenhams website. They weren't too expensive and not too high either.

I bought a pair of flat sandals from Monsoon - super comfy, super cheap and no one sees your shoes under your dress anyway (unless you are wearing a short dress) And I've never seen the point of those arty shoe-and-ring-combo photos.
