Hi all, what have you done about orders of service and menu cards? I’ve not done anything yet and we are coming up to 3 months so thought I ought to get sorted. We are getting married in a museum clubhouse and the reception and evening are all in the same place. We don’t have the menu tasting with the venue until end of May so I could ask them if they print menu cards out, but are you all putting order of service on seats or is this not done for civil ceremonies? Also are you having Welcome signs?

    Not doing Order of Service for our civil ceremony. Our stationery, STD cards, invitesxand info cards were pretty pricy so dont to spend more and, as there will be no hymns it seems a bit pointless. No menu cards either fir us, since it will be a set menu, taking dietary requirements into account. Will have table name cards printed

    Have a look at poppy Forrest Kraft online - she sells some lovely stuff like this/ we ordered our save the dates, invites abs favour tags from there. X

    Have you tried designing your own and using a printing service? Canva is really good and has some really lovely templates that are free to use! Is the ceremony and the reception in the same room? If not maybe have a welcome sign in the entrance to the ceremony but not the reception? I also like the idea of just getting one large order of service designed instead of individual ones, have it stood on an easel or something as a focal point.
