Is this an approriate / acceptable place to publicise a very negative experience we had with a wedding supplier e.g. a hair and make up artist that did not show up or make any communication on the day of our wedding, and have subsequently refused all attempts to refund the c.£600 we paid.
If it is not, does anybody have a suggestion as to where such a communication could be made. Social media demonstrates that this person remains in business and is still doing weddings, and our story should be known by any people considering using this individual.
