Wedding veil

i used to work in a bridal shop and we used to keep them folded in the bags they came in until we steamed them for brides to collect.

If you can hold off and then a few days before the wedding hang it up. Put coat hanger between the comb and the veil.

if creases in it put an iron on a low heat, put a white tea towel or similar material on top of the veil and iron lightly.

Mine is wrapped in the tissue it came in, in the box it came in. I take it out to try it every so often and the creases fall out fairly quickly.

Hello! I was told by the shop I brought my dress in (by 2 different people) to NOT steam my veil as it will loose some of its rigidity and stick close to you? They said to hang it in a cool area for a day or so and all the creases should drop out, but I will probably hang it for longer than that to be sure. Until then I am storing it in with my dress hanging in the dress bag, the shop gave me a veil hanger (just a clip with a hanger hook attached) xx
