Wedding venue

Hi everyone. Hope all is well. Has anyone been married at the the kings oak hotel in Loughton near Epping forest. I just wanted to know if anyone has experience on what service is like etc. I’m really considering this to be our venue it’s so lovely. Just wanted another opinion. Thank you all. Take care
