Wedding venue booked, what next?? Lots of questions!

Hi Ladies!!

Venue and church is now booked!! wedding has been brought forward one week so We are getting married on 30th August 2013! And I am sooo excited!!

I have also found my dress!

So questions:

1) Do you send save the dates?

2) Who signs the registers? and does the readings? (at church wedding, i forgot to ask)

3) there are 10 pews either side, do you do pew ends for each one or every other or less than that?

4) If you werent having children invited how would you word it on the invites? (just wondering at the moment)

5) Any good websites for bridesmaids dresses that people can recommend?

Ohhh you snuck in the day before me!!!! Hehe Nice one!!!

We aren't sending save the dates so can't help you on that one!

https://www.yourchurchwedding.org/ has tonnes of useful stuff on for service info!

I haven't even thought about my pew ends!! Can't help you on the children front either as we only have a few nieces and nephews who are invited, but maybe the fact that the kids names are not on the invite might be enough??

Bet you are VERY excited

Hi!!

I'm not having children at my wedding appart from the child IN the wedding like page boys and such.

We simply put on save the dates and invites "Due to ... Children will not be able to attend.

So far everyone has been fine, as they have had plenty of warning.

Yeah wasn't expected to bring forward but then the venue said they could no longer do the 6/9. I am very excited!!
