Wedding venue on a hill/mountain

We are really wanting to get married at the top of a hill/mountain. Thinking top of the rocky mountain vibes. Outdoorsy and nature but easy access for friends and family! We are trying to find somewhere that gives this vibe in the UK. Can anyone offer any suggestions as my search hasn't been fruitful.
