Wedding venue with onsite accommodation - exclusive use

Hi everyone!
I’m trying to find a wedding venue with on-site accommodation that would hold up around 100 people for a weekend wedding, exclusive use. Preferably with a DIY element to it, can bring own caterers in etc for a reasonable price. Can anyone recommend a place as I’m struggling to find wedding venues that would be able to prove this?

Probably a bit late.... and down under.... but the msot epic exclusive use destination wedding venue (with accommodation too) know is the iconic Kangaroo Valley Bush Retreat in New South Wales, Australia... You hire the venue... and can do up the rest as you wish.
