It won't allow to change the order is set by Hitched. You can delete/remove menu and table seating. There is a way to delete event but nit change the order. I could not find it. What we done was write in our blog a summary of what to expect on the day and added a p message before sending the online invitation. Don't need to send separate message is all done before you click "send online invitation "

Yes. I have attached some photos for ease of reference and keep 😊Select event(breakfast,evening,etc),select settings then you will see "Menu" "Seating Plan",you select what one you want and don't want by ticking on the little box on the top right corner of each.Then I just, went back to my home page by selectiong a option at the bottom of page "Planning" . Did not use back button in case did not save (paranoid on litle thing me😳 )
