Wedding websites + matching stationery

Ely, 4 May, 2021 at 10:53 Posted on Planning 0 4

I am looking for a wedding website to use that also has matching stationery options. We are emailing save the dates instead of printing them for our wedding next year (just in case there are more restrictions that we're not anticipating!) but I want to ensure we have the option of matching everything up later on if we want to. Do you have personal recommendations that you have used?

I have been using TheKnot, which has been great, but it seems that they don't ship the stationery to the UK - so before I hit the big green button to send out the save the dates are there any alternatives I should consider? We may use a friend as a graphic designer and print them ourselves, but most importantly we want the option as we're still early in the planning process.

Thank you!

We’re using gettingmarried.co.uk and have opted for their premium service as that allows you to email save the dates, invitations etc, all with the option of ordering printed versions too if you have some guests who aren’t tech savvy. Even though we’ve paid for the premium service, we will still be saving a small fortune on fully printed stationary. They also have the option to print table plans and place cards etc that match your website design.

We are using Papier, we brought our save the dates from there which we sent out in the post. The wedding date then changed due to covid and they sent us an electronic version with new date for free. We've now ordered our invites from there which we've sent out, they are really nice. They also have online RSVP for free so you can save money on printing RSVP cards. I would recommend 😊

I used a website called tavern creative, after looking for hours and only finding nice invites for a small fortune! They were really good quality, printed on thick card and coloured envelopes. I think we paid around £1 each for a bifold invite and RSVP with envelopes, couldn't recommend them enough!

We’re using papier as well! They have a great selection of matching stuff for later down the line, great quality as well. My fiancé likes them as they have plenty of non-floral designs!
