Wedding with a baby

Hi all
I just wondered if anyone had their 4 month old baby at their wedding and how that looked? We booked out wedding a year ago and then in typical fashion got pregnant and we've just had our baby. He'll be 4 months old when we get married so wondering how people have made it work during the day and night in between feeds and naps. I'm super excited but also thinking how the heck am I going to do this haha. Thanks all.

    I've not been to a wedding where the bride had a baby this young, but I have been to weddings where a bridesmaid had one. Basically, as long as you have a side room for naps/feeding and a couple of willing volunteers to help with the babysitting, you should be fine (assuming you live near enough close family/friends that there will be a couple of people who know him well enough that he will be ok with them). Just be flexible about things - yes, you may end up having to hold him while saying your vows if he won't settle with anyone else or have him in pictures that he originally wasn't meant to be in because he's howling for mum, but that's all part of having a little one at a wedding. No one will mind - in fact, most people will be going 'oh, how cute' and any baby-related mishaps will become funny stories to retell for years. I'd just mention to your registrar/celebrant/minister/photographer etc so that they are aware not everything may go according to plan!

    I honestly usually stick to the big high street bookies but decided to give this new site a go after hearing about their odds.
