Lorna I shant desert you all lovely, I've been a very bad hitcher of late but with wedding so close I will be about more.

Just been browsing looking for dresses, I've decided I don't want to wear a maternity wedding dress or a wedding dress at all for that matter, I will be six months by sept and really quite fancy wearing a long maxi dress?

I really should pop over to BT at some point and introduce myself ?

I had to downsize and bring it forward we went from 18 months away to 6 months lol

i was 6 months gone when i got married and i had a forever yours dress and it hid the bump so well lemme see if i can flash hold on!!!

Nope it wont let me but i asked them to buy a metre of the fabric of the dress so they could put a panel in the dress for the belly

Oh yay to the babies if you need a hand with anything hun then let me know so exciting

Huge Congratulations Woo Woo, get yourself over to BT with the rest of us!!

We had our wedding booked for June 26 this year (you may remember the tattoos...) Then we found out I was pg and due 2 weeks after the wedding, we brought everything forward to March 19th instead. It was good that I we were so organised. It was just a case of calling suppliers and bringing everything forward, which meant all the payment had to be brought forward too ☹️

We'll I called registry office this morning and provisionally booked our wedding for 2pm on 9/9/10!!!

Going to give some local hotels a call and see about arranging a meal for 15 or so then when we've arranged that I really need to call the cake maker and tell then date and venue have changed.

Thanks. If i'm honest we didn't realise. My BM pointed it out a few weeks later! We just picked a wednesday as we're getting married in Turkey we went by flight days. Lots of flights from airports near our family and friends on everyday but wednesday! This way people had more choice when to fly and not miss the wedding!

Congrats on your pregnancy!!

My sister had her wedding booked for July 27th 2009, and in November 2008 found out she was pregnant and was told the baby would be due July 24th 2009, so she brought her wedding forward to 1st May 2009..... Only to find out at her 12 week scan that she was much further gone and the baby was due 20th May 2009!!

As she had already changed the date once, she had to just hope for the best. So she got married on 1st May 2009 at 37 weeks and waddled down the aisle bless her and 2 weeks after the wedding gave birth!

She looked beautiful on the day and the dress shop done a fantastic job letting out her dress which she had purchased before she found out about the pregnancy! They let the seams out as much as possible and changed the back from a zip to a corset fasten.

Be sure of your dates etc before you change anything too drastically ;o)
