Don't overthink it. Maybe think about what flowers you like & go from there? Or if you or your OH has any colour preference for clothing?

We are doing sage green and a bright, deep pink. I started from knowing one specific flower that I wanted, which comes in a gorgeous cerise pink. Couldn’t get bridesmaids dresses in a similar colour that I liked, but found sage green ones that will look brilliant with it!

Here are some tips on how to pick the right colors for your wedding.

    1. Think about the season. Are you getting married in spring, summer, winter or fall? Choose a certain color that blends with the season you’re getting married in.
    2. Consider your location. Your location will play a big impact on your color palette.
    3. The mood that you want. If you want the mood to be elegant and classy, go for black, white, and gold. If you want it calm, go for spring or summer colors.
    4. Pick what you love. Pick one or two colors that appeals to you the most.
    5. Don’t forget to check the color wheel. This will guide you through the contrasting and analogous scheme.

White, white and white!! I have no colour theme. We’re not having bridesmaids, so will only have flower girls in white dresses. My flowers will all be white. Partner, best man and pageboys will be in blue suits with white ties

My dress will be a cream of a sort (I look awful in white 😬) with predominantly lilac and purple bouquet, the bridesmaids in lilac with predominantly cream bouquets and groom in very dark navy. I'm making the flowers as I love an extra challenge! What are you wedding colours? 1
    The all white sounds lovely!

Getting married in May and having emerald green and deep purple. MY engagement ring has an emerald in it, and my fiancé is Irish so definitely wanted to include that. Purple is then just one of our favourite colours and I think works with it well!
