Ring cushions really aren't our thing... and would a flower be unacceptable to a 6 year old? I'm not really a kid person, so no idea what he'd like! Any ideas welcome; thank you Hitchers ?

Get him a "here comes the bride" flag or banner to carry, Any 6 yr old little boy will love a flag to carry , he.ll probably wave it around and play with it afterwards though so don't be surprised if its not in the best condition later in the day .

This is exactly what I was going to say! Ours will be holding one of these, he'll be younger than yours but I'm hoping he'll be happy to hold it.
