What questions to ask at venue appointment?

Hi all

Were off to see the venue we really like on Sunday and taking both parents for a show around but also for 2nd and 3rd head when asking questions.
It's all overwhelming and I'm a sucker for agreeing and not questioning things especially if it's in my head so I'm ready to go with questions all in a book!
The venue is a local hotel so my main questions are about

o we need to fill a certain amount if hotel roomsCan we have access to set up the room the day beforeDo we get early access to the bridal suiteIf we aren't using a venue styler and can't get day before access, how do we set up?
Can anyone think of any more to ask...Were at a mind block.
