What to ask/look for viewing venues?

Agree with Sarah, but I would also ask them to give you package prices and component prices for each element. We saved 2k on building our own as the package price was for 50 adult with wine, we had a lot cf non drinkers and children so we got the price for the meal and wine and kids menu and once we built it based on our guests it worked out cheaper

I’d check that they don’t insist on you using their own suppliers (most do for catering). Some places will only let you use certain suppliers (who are generally expensive!). I’d also check what time their licence finishes I.e what time will the evening reception have ti end
