When do you finish work for Christmas?

Not soon enough!! We've been given a half day on Monday but it's bloody pointless. Most of our clients finish Friday. Takes me over an hour to get to work so a half day is stupid for me!! We're planning to whack the tv on and finish up the office chocs. Not back till 2nd Jan though and don't have to take a/l for christmas break so can't complain too much..

Finish 3.30pm tomorrow for drinks and food in the boardroom. Hoping to be home by 7pm.

The company have given us Christmas eve and New Year's eve off for free and I'm taking annual leave on Thursday so just back in for one day on Friday to conserve my leave a bit.

Have a very good friend's wedding on 30th December then back in on the 2nd!

Friday!!! And I can't wait. The powers that be have decided to close on Christmas Eve which I am so happy about. Ive also booked off Thursday and Friday next week. Back in on NYE.

Tomorrow at 5pm. Have taken 24th as A/L and then not back until 2nd as the Trustees give us three days for free!

H finishes tomorrow (should be 5pm but they're trying to wangle an early finish) and is back on Jan 3rd as he's booked the 2nd off for S's birthday.

Kids break up at midday tomorrow and go back on Jan 7th.

I don't break for Christmas , today is my day off then i'm working all the way through up to and including Boxing Day .

I'm a Nurse and have worked most Christmases for the last 26 yrs x

I finish tomorrow about 12 then I'm not back in until the 8th Jan!!! ?

I finish on Monday at 3pm then off Xmas day and boxing day then back in 27/28th Dec then ive taken holidays and off until 7th Jan. Cant wait for it now !

Today is my last day at work. On annual leave from tomorrow back in Jan 2nd. Work are open Monday and 27-31 but I've booked time off

Hubby booked Tues pm off so he's off now and back on the 2nd

Just been told finish at lunchtime tomoro instead of 3pm!! Yippeeeee.

Am I the only one who feels cheated going back on the 2nd? In Scotland they don't usually go back til the 3rd but unfortunately for me I have always had to work it due to my companies taking the English hols! To me the night of the 1st is a party night so going back on the 2nd is hard work!
