When do you finish work for Christmas?

Office closes at 12.30 tomorrow until the 2nd, although we have to take 3 days of annual leave for that. I'm taking 2nd-4th off as annual leave for technical rehearsals for panto, so not back in work officially until the 7th, although I'll be in checking post and emails whilst I'm "off".

I've taken leave for next week and 31st Jan, so I'm finishing tomorrow evening and going back on 2nd Jan. If I hadn't done that, I'd have been finishing late on Christmas Eve and going back on the morning of the 27th!

Prison officer so have festive officering? But have been allowed New Year off as OH has come home on leave (yesterday) ?

Ooooh not anymore... boss casually slips into conversation at 5.30pm today that he wants to avoid us having to come in on monday if he can!!!

I've got 1 or 2 bits that might need checking on but I can do them from home so YIPPEEEEEDOOOOOO!!!! ?

I work in a hotel, so working Christmas and New Year with just 2 days off each week as usual.

I'm in tomorrow and Monday. Judging by today it doesn't look good for any early finish on Monday but them I'm off till 7th January so I can't complain too much.
